Falmouth Spring Festival
17th - 25th March 2012
Falmouth's newest festival! With guided walks & talks, a Spring fashion show, garden spring clean events, Gardeners' Question Time and a Spring Fair.

JP Morgan Finn Festival
4th - 18th May 2012
The Gold Cup is the annual Finn World Championship and Falmouth has been selected to host the event in 2012. The Gold Cup will see the UK's finest Olympic sailor, Ben Ainslie, return to Falmouth and the sailing waters where he learned to sail and made his competitive debut in 1987 during Falmouth Week. A comprehensive shoreside programme is planned to include spectator ferries to watch the action, a competitors parade, live entertainment, large TV screen and firework display with the aim of celebrating London 2012

Olympic torch to be carried through Falmouth
19th June 2012
On leaving Land’s End, the Olympic Flame will pass through Falmouth as it travels an estimated 8,000 miles around the UK on it's way to the 2012 games in London.

Greenbank Fal River Festival
1st - 10th June 2012
A vast choice of events including art, craft, drama, literature, food, gardens, music and watersports, both on and off the water all around the Fal Estuary.

Falmouth Oyster Festival
11-14 October 2012
Timed to coincide with the start of the oyster harvesting season, this annual festival celebrates one of the last remaining oyster fisheries to dredge under sail & oar. Festival includes cookery demonstrations, oyster tasting, local craft and produce markets and working boat races.
